View available positions. Nursing Forums Gila Regional Nursing forums are an avenue of communication that began in 2007 by Chief Nursing Officer Cathy Woodard. The Forum's goal is to connect nursing administration with all levels of caregivers in the nursing departments. Caregivers are provided with the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, share developments within departments, and to recognize their accomplishments.
Since 2006, GRMC nurse turnover rate has declined from 27% to 3% in 2008. There are many contributing factors however these figures do reflect that nurses at Gila Regional are happy with their workplace.
