Emergency Medicine

We treat conditions that pose a threat to life, limb, or have a significant risk of death.

Emergency medicine is a medical specialty in which physicians and allied health caregivers care for patients with acute illnesses or injuries which require immediate medical attention. While not usually providing long-term or continuing care, emergency medicine practitioners diagnose a variety of illnesses and undertake acute interventions to stabilize the patient.

Get Help with Medication Costs and Medicare D Questions

The Medication Assistance Program (MAP) is staffed by the GRMC Auxiliary. MAP volunteers help people who can't afford their medications fill out applications to the pharmaceutical companies that make the needed drugs. 

MAP volunteers are available at Silver Health Care on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Call and leave a message at 575-956-1330.
