E-mail questions are generally answered within 2 business days. When emailing questions, please include your county, phone number, and email.

Mom & Me Support will:

  • Answer your breastfeeding-related questions or concerns
  • Refer you to the Mom & Me Café - a family support and social time with breastfeeding support available.
  • Suggest teleconference participation in the Mom & Me Café for those who cannot attend in person
  • Refer you to a lactation consultant for more serious breastfeeding concerns

Attend a Group Meeting

When: Each Friday from Noon to 1:30;
Where: First Born Program Offices at 3203 Ridge Loop (up the hill from GRMC);
