Need to set up an account? Please come in to GRMC's Medical Records (HIM) to sign up. Bring your driver's license or photo ID. An invitation will be sent to your email. It will contain a temporary login ID and Password meant for your use to complete the enrollment. The temporary log-in invitation expires in 30 days.

In addition to handling your own care, parents and healthcare proxies (with authorized consent) give you the ability to access the records of those individuals whose care you manage.
