REVISED Request for Proposals for Project Manager Services

Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC) in Silver City, New Mexico announced a revision to their Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) for Program Manager/Project Manager Services to assist GRMC in the implementation of their Strategic Facilities Plan that includes 40,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 80,000 sq. ft. of renovations to the existing hospital over a five year period.

The revisions to the RFR/RFQ are:
  • There are two revisions to the RFQ/RFP. The first is the inclusion of the New Mexico Veterans Business Preference and Resident Business Preference in the selection criteria. This went into effect July 1, 2012.

  • The second revision is an extension of the proposal submission from September 14th, to November 2, 2012. This is to allow time for firms to be licensed as required by New Mexico CID. This extension was decided after many long discussions on the licensing requirements and a consideration of the amount of time it takes to be licensed in New Mexico. Those who attended the pre-proposal conference will note that this date differs from the one discussed at the conference
