Guardian Angel Card program Stress, fear, and burden - those are words you often hear after someone who is diagnosed with cancer. However, limiting the power of those words can often help with the outcome. You can become a guardian angel by donating to this program. The monies donated go to buy $25 and $50 gift cards to help Gila Regional Cancer Center patients and their families pay for basic needs - be it prescriptions or food.

Wish List program
GRMC's Wish List program provides donors - both individuals and organizations - the opportunity to purchase items needed by Gila Regional departments and programs.

Some items, such as educational software, help keep our staff well-trained. Other items, like the bariatric gurney for the Emergency Department and the Nonin Onyx Pulse Oximeter for the Cancer Center, help us achieve our mission of providing patient-centered care.

These items bring joy, support, and comfort to our patients while meeting the donors' wishes to make a difference and to touch lives of hundreds of patients and families each year.

As a donor, you are invited to select and pay for an item or part of an item on the Wish List and we take care of securing and distributing it.

Education Scholarships
Financial Assistance is available through the GRMC Foundation. The purpose of these scholarships is to encourage and assist individuals with entry into Health Care Professions. One other scholarship available through the Foundation is the Dr. Spencer Imaging Education Scholarship. It is designated for the continuing education for radiology education.

When you designate your gift toward Planetree Designation, your funds will help support the programs, services and structural changes needed to create a healing environment for patient-centered care.
