"Nine years ago both my parents were patients at Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC). Since that time, GRMC has grown and extended its many services including Home Health, Hospice, a Cancer and Wellness Center." states Alma Carson, GRMC Foundation Board Member.
 "GRMC has good doctors from prestigious medical schools and provides quality care, personalized treatment and a well-trained staff that is pleasant, competent and supportive of both the patients and their families." states Sharye Hardesty, GRMC Foundation Board Member.
Donations contributed to the GRMC Foundation fund scholarships for nurses to pursue educational advancements, purchase specialized equipment to better serve the patients and provide capital outlays for expansions.
"I give my time, efforts and donations to the GRMC Foundation because it is my way of giving back to the hospital that does so much for the people living in southwest New Mexico", says Alma.
