Job summary: The Home Health Registered Nurse shall have and use the knowledge of the status and
regulations governing nursing and function within accepted boundaries of nursing practice as defined by the New Mexico State Licensing Regulations, Medicare/Medicaid Regulations, and Standards as expected by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The Home Health Registered Nurse should function and collaborate with other members of the health team to provide optimum client care.
Qualifications required:

Current NM license.

CPR certification.

Demonstrated clinical competency with skills necessary for Home Health.

Documented participation in continuing education.

One year experience in an acute care or long term care setting. Home Health experience preferred.

Normally, the schedule for this position is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, however, hours may be increased or decreased as needed.

As assigned, will assume on call responsibilities as well as work weekends and holidays on rotational basis.
