Grant County Health PlanLocal counties and Gila Regional Medical Center offer an innovative County Health Plan. The plan is a state- and county-funded program which pays on hospital and some physician claims. The applicant must apply in the county he or she resides in. There are two qualifications that must be met before eligibility can be determined. The patient must have been a county resident for at least 90 days prior to the date of service and must meet the income guidelines.
