GRMC Foundation: Nancy Stevens Scholarship Fund
Spreading Sunshine
Nancy Jay Stevens Memorial Scholarship Fund Established
Nancy Jay Stevens served as the GRMC Foundation Coordinator since 2007.
When she died suddenly of cancer this year, the GRMC Foundation decided
to establish a memorial scholarship fund in her name.
Nancy strived to make a difference in the lives of everyone she met and was never without a smile or a kind word. In her teaching career, she had taught hundreds of area fourth graders in Silver City and relentlessly pursued opportunities to improve life in southwest New Mexico. She spread sunshine and helped others live sunshine-filled lives.
Join us in honoring such a woman as Nancy Stevens. Monies donated will go to establish a scholarship fund to aid four-county area students to pursue degrees in a professional healthcare program.
To donate to the fund contact the GRMC Foundation office at 575-538-4138.
Checks can be mailed to the GRMC Foundation, 1313 E. 32
nd Street, Silver City, NM 88061. Please note on the check that funds are
intended for the Nancy Stevens Scholarship Fund. GRMC is a 501(c)3 and
your donation is tax-deductible.
