Patient Liaison

Thank you for choosing Gila Regional Medical Center as your healing partner. Our Patient Liaison assists Gila Regional Medical Center in providing patients and their families with an exceptional healthcare experience. As the point of contact between patients and our team, the Patient Liaison is here to:

  • Improve communication between our patients and the healthcare team
  • Meet with patients and their families to answer questions and resolve concerns
  • Provide information on patient rights and responsibilities.
  • Promote patient and family understanding of hospital policies, procedures, and services.
  • Serve as an advocate for each patient at Gila Regional Medical Center.

Upholding the highest level of confidentiality, information received from our Patient Liaison is presented to the Patient Relations Committee, where members of Gila Regional Medical Center’s Leadership Team implement changes to improve the way we care for patients. Your experience is essential in helping our team identify areas of growth and make process improvements.

Medical Interpretation Services

Se habla Español. Spanish interpreters are available to translate in person by request. Gila Regional Medical Center believes that all patients and their families deserve clear and accurate communication about their health care. Spanish Interpreter services are available to anyone needing communication assistance.

To help ensure a smooth hospital stay, please let your doctor and admitting representative know in advance about your communication needs. If you need an interpreter while in the hospital, please inform your caregiver.
