At Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC), our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan reflects our deep commitment to caring for our community today and into the future. Developed with input from patients, staff, and community members, this plan is grounded in listening, learning, and responding to the unique needs of the people we serve.
Our plan focuses on strengthening local access to care, enhancing quality and patient experience, and supporting the dedicated caregivers who make our work possible.
Together, these priorities guide how we will continue to provide compassionate, high-quality care close to home.

At GRMC, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our community. As part of this commitment, we conducted a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in 2024 to better understand the health challenges and needs of our residents.
